กองทัพบกชี้แจง กรณีสื่อกัมพูชากล่าวอ้างทหารไทยเปิดฉากโจมตีที่ช่องอานม้าเป็นข่าวปลอม ยืนยันไม่มีการใช้อาวุธ พร้อมขอทั้งสองฝ่ายยึดถ้อยแถลง GBC อย่างเคร่งครัด

วันนี้ (20 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569) บัญชีเฟซบุ๊ก TFA/Khmer ซึ่งเป็นสื่อโทรทัศน์เอเชียเสรี ภาคภาษาเขมร เผยแพร่ข่าวด่วน (Breaking News) ระบุว่า ทหารไทยได้เปิดฉากโจมตีที่ตั้งทหารกัมพูชา ในพื้นที่ช่องอานแซะ อำเภอจอมกระสาน จังหวัดพระวิหาร ซึ่งอยู่ตรงข้ามกับช่องอานม้า อำเภอน้ำยืน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ส่งผลให้ทหารกัมพูชาได้รับบาดเจ็บ 2 นาย

จากกรณีดังกล่าว พลตรี วินธัย สุวารี โฆษกกองทัพบก ชี้แจงว่า ข้อความดังกล่าวไม่เป็นความจริง และอาจก่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิดต่อสถานการณ์ตามแนวชายแดน

โดยข้อเท็จจริง พบว่า เมื่อวันที่ 20 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 เวลาประมาณ 09.30 นาฬิกา กองทัพภาคที่ 2 ตรวจพบการเพิ่มเติมกำลังของฝ่ายกัมพูชา และมีการเคลื่อนกำลังเข้าใกล้แนวป้องกันตนเองของฝ่ายไทยในพื้นที่ช่องอานม้า อำเภอน้ำยืน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ซึ่งฝ่ายไทยได้เฝ้าระวังและแจ้งเตือนให้ทราบด้วยการตะโกนบอกตามมาตรการป้องกันเหตุ โดยไม่มีการใช้อาวุธแต่อย่างใด

ต่อมาได้รับการแจ้งข่าวจากฝ่ายกัมพูชาผ่านกลไกประสานงานในพื้นที่ ระบุว่าเวลาประมาณ 10.45 นาฬิกาได้ยินเสียงปืนจำนวน 5–7 นัด และตรวจพบว่ามีกำลังพลฝ่ายกัมพูชา 1 นาย ได้รับบาดเจ็บจากการถูกยิงบริเวณหัวเข่า

ซึ่งทางฝ่ายไทยได้ติดต่อประสานงานกลับ โดยยืนยันว่าฝ่ายไทยไม่มีการใช้อาวุธแต่อย่างใด พร้อมขอให้

ทุกฝ่ายยึดถือตามถ้อยแถลงของคณะกรรมาธิการเขตแดนทั่วไป (General Border Committee : GBC) โดยเฉพาะการอยู่ภายในพื้นที่ควบคุมของแต่ละฝ่ายภายหลังการหยุดยิง เพื่อป้องกันความเข้าใจผิดและรักษาบรรยากาศความมั่นคงตามแนวชายแดน

กองทัพบกยืนยันว่า ฝ่ายไทยปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลงและหลักการทางทหารอย่างเคร่งครัด

ทั้งนี้ขอความร่วมมือจากสื่อมวลชนและประชาชนในการตรวจสอบข้อมูลจากแหล่งข่าวที่เป็นทางการก่อนเผยแพร่ เพื่อป้องกันการขยายผลของข้อมูลที่คลาดเคลื่อน ซึ่งอาจส่งผลกระทบต่อความมั่นคง ความสงบเรียบร้อยระหว่างประเทศ

The Royal Thai Army Denies Cambodian Media Claim of Attack at Chong An Ma, Confirms No Weapons Used, Urges Strict Adherence to GBC Statements
On February 20, 2026, the Facebook account TFA/Khmer, which is part of Free Asia Television in the Khmer language, published breaking news claiming that Thai soldiers had launched an attack on Cambodian military positions in the Chong An Sae area, Chom Kasan District, Preah Vihear Province, opposite Chong An Ma, Nam Yuen District, Ubon Ratchathani Province. The report stated that two Cambodian soldiers were injured.
In response, Major General Winthai Suvaree, Army spokesperson, clarified that the report was false and could cause misunderstandings about the border situation.
The facts are as follows: On February 20, 2026, at around 9:30 a.m., the 2nd Army Area observed Cambodian forces reinforcing their troops and moving closer to Thailand’s defensive line in the Chong An Ma area, Nam Yuen District, Ubon Ratchathani Province. The Thai side monitored the situation and issued warnings by shouting, in accordance with preventive measures, without using any weapons.
Later, at around 10:45 a.m., Cambodian authorities reported through local coordination mechanisms that they had heard 5–7 gunshots and found one Cambodian soldier injured in the knee from gunfire.
The Thai side responded by confirming that no weapons had been used by Thai forces and urged all parties to adhere to the statements of the General Border Committee (GBC), particularly the requirement to remain within each side’s designated control areas after the ceasefire, in order to prevent misunderstandings and maintain stability along the border.
The Royal Thai Army reaffirmed that Thailand strictly abides by agreements and military principles. It also requested cooperation from the media and the public to verify information with official sources before dissemination, to prevent the spread of inaccurate reports that could affect security and international relations.

ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการกองทัพภาคที่ 2 ขอแสดงความเสียใจต่อความสูญเสียที่เกิดขึ้น และขอชี้แจงกรณีกำลังพลเหยียบกับระเบิดบริเวณพื้นที่อำเภอกันทรลักษ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ

เมื่อวันที่ 10 พ.ย. 2568 เวลา 09.36 น. กำลังพลที่ปฏิบัติราชการสนามของ กองร้อยทหารราบที่ 1611 ได้ปฏิบัติภารกิจลาดตระเวนตามเส้นทางที่ใช้ตามปกติ ห่างจากแนวชายแดนประมาณ 1 กิโลเมตร เพื่อเฝ้าระวังและรักษาความปลอดภัยของพื้นที่ รวมทั้งป้องกันการรุกล้ำอธิปไตย ขณะลาดตระเวนได้เกิดเหตุเหยียบกับระเบิดบริเวณทิศตะวันออกห้วยตามาเรีย อำเภอกันทรลักษ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ทำให้กำลังพลได้รับบาดเจ็บ 2 นาย ได้แก่
1) จ่าสิบเอก เทิดศักดิ์ สมาพงษ์ สังกัด กองพันทหารราบที่ 1 กรมทหารราบที่ 16 ได้รับบาดเจ็บที่ข้อเท้าขวา
2) พลทหาร วชิระ พันธะนา สังกัด กองพันทหารราบที่ 2 กรมทหารราบที่ 16 ได้รับบาดเจ็บบริเวณหน้าอก
ในเบื้องต้นหน่วยได้เข้าควบคุมสถานการณ์ และนำตัวผู้บาดเจ็บส่งรักษาตัวที่โรงพยาบาลค่ายสรรพสิทธิประสงค์ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี สำหรับการตรวจสอบบริเวณที่เกิดเหตุ ปัจจุบันอยู่ระหว่างส่งเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเข้าตรวจสอบ เพื่อหาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับประเภท และที่มาของวัตถุระเบิด ทั้งนี้แม่ทัพภาคที่ 2 และผู้บังคับบัญชาตามลำดับชั้นได้เดินทางเข้าควบคุมสถานการณ์และอำนวยการปฏิบัติให้เป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อย สำหรับความคืบหน้าจะรายงานให้ทราบต่อไป

At 09:36 a.m. on 10 November 2025, personnel from the 1611th Infantry Company, while conducting a routine patrol mission to secure the area and prevent any violation of national sovereignty, encountered an explosion caused by a landmine in the Huai Ta Maria area, Kantharalak District, Sisaket Province.
As a result of the incident, two soldiers were injured as follows:
1. Sergeant First Class Therdsak Samaphong, assigned to the 1st Infantry Battalion, 16th Infantry Regiment – sustained a severe injury resulting in the loss of his right ankle.
2. Private Watchira Phanthanao, assigned to the 2nd Infantry Battalion, 16th Infantry Regiment – sustained injuries to his chest.
The unit has secured the area and promptly evacuated the injured personnel to Sappasitthiprasong Camp Hospital, Ubon Ratchathani Province, for medical treatment.
Specialized officers are currently investigating the scene to identify the type and origin of the explosive device. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

การประชุมคณะกรรมการชายแดนส่วนภูมิภาค (RBC) สมัยพิเศษ ว่าด้วยการถอนอาวุธหนักและอาวุธที่มีอานุภาพทำลายล้างสูง ระหว่างภูมิภาคทหารที่ 4 แห่งราชอาณาจักรกัมพูชา และกองทัพภาคที่ 2 แห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย จัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 31 ตุลาคม 2568 ณ โอเสม็ด จังหวัดอุดรมีชัย ราชอาณาจักรกัมพูชา โดยมีพลโท โปว เฮง ผู้บัญชาการภูมิภาคทหารที่ 4
แห่งราชอาณาจักรกัมพูชา และพลโท วีระยุทธ รักศิลป์ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 2 แห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย เป็นประธานร่วม และมีคณะผู้สังเกตการณ์อาเซียน (AOT) จากทั้งฝั่งไทยและกัมพูชา เข้าร่วมสังเกตการณ์ในที่ประชุม

สำหรับการประชุมจัดขึ้นตามผลการประชุมคณะกรรมการชายแดนทั่วไป (GBC) ไทย – กัมพูชา สมัยพิเศษ ครั้งที่ 2 เมื่อวันที่ 23 ตุลาคม 2568 และอยู่ภายใต้แนวทางและหลักการของถ้อยแถลงที่ได้ลงนามในการประชุมสุดยอดผู้นำอาเซียน (ASEAN Summit) ณ กรุงกัวลาลัมเปอร์ ประเทศมาเลเซีย เมื่อวันที่ 26 ตุลาคม 2568 โดยนายกรัฐมนตรีของกัมพูชา ไทย และมาเลเซีย ร่วมกับประธานาธิบดีสหรัฐอเมริกา ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นร่วมกันของทั้งสี่ประเทศในการส่งเสริมความโปร่งใส การสร้างความไว้วางใจ และการบริหารจัดการกำลังทางทหารอย่างมีความรับผิดชอบในภูมิภาค ทั้ง 2 ฝ่ายจึงได้ตกลงร่วมกันในการดำเนินการถอนอาวุธหนักเป็นระยะ (Phased Removal) และมาตรการสร้างความไว้วางใจร่วมกัน เพื่อเสริมสร้าง ความเชื่อใจระหว่างกันและเสถียรภาพตามแนวชายแดนไทย – กัมพูชา โดยได้นิยามและการจำแนกอาวุธ 3 ประเภท ดังนี้
1 ประเภท A หมายถึง ระบบจรวดหลายลำกล้องที่มีตั้งแต่ 2 ลำกล้องขึ้นไป
2 ประเภท B หมายถึง ระบบปืนใหญ่ทุกประเภท ประกอบด้วยระบบปืนใหญ่ลากจูงและปืนใหญ่อัตราจร รวมถึงปืนใหญ่ขนาด 105 มม. 122 มม. 130 มม. 152 มม. และ 155 มม.
3 ประเภท C หมายถึง รถหุ้มเกราะ โดยเฉพาะรถถัง ที่ออกแบบมาเพื่อให้มีการเคลื่อนที่ที่ได้รับการปกป้อง อำนาจการยิงที่เหนือกว่า และกำลังสนับสนุนโดยตรง

ทั้งสองฝ่ายยืนยันเจตนารมณ์ที่จะเคารพซึ่งกันและกัน และปฏิบัติตามผลการประชุม GBC ไทย - กัมพูชา สมัยพิเศษ ครั้งที่ 2 และหลักการในถ้อยแถลงที่ได้ร่วมลงนามเมื่อวันที่ 26 ตุลาคม 2568 อย่างเคร่งครัด
ทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงที่จะดำเนินการถอนอาวุธทั้งสามประเภท (ประเภท A ประเภท B และประเภท C) โดยแบ่งเป็นระยะ ภายใต้การสังเกตการณ์และตรวจสอบของ AOT ตามแผนปฏิบัติการ

ทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงที่จะอำนวยความสะดวกการตรวจสอบ จัดทำเอกสาร

การประชุมฝ่ายเลขานุการ RBC เพื่อวางแผนและดำเนินการสำหรับระยะที่ 2
จะจัดขึ้นวันที่ 15 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ภายใต้การสังเกตการณ์และตรวจสอบของ AOT โดยการถอนอาวุธหนักและอาวุธที่มีอานุภาพทำลายล้างสูงในระยะที่ 2 (ประเภท B) จะดำเนินการเป็นเวลา 3 สัปดาห์ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 22 พฤศจิกายน - 12 ธันวาคม 2568 ภายใต้การสังเกตการณ์และตรวจสอบของ AOT

การประชุมฝ่ายเลขานุการ RBC เพื่อวางแผนและดำเนินการระยะที่ 3 จะจัดขึ้นในวันที่ทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงร่วมกันต่อไป ภายใต้การสังเกตการณ์และตรวจสอบของ AOT โดยการถอนอาวุธหนักและอาวุธที่มีอานุภาพทำลายล้างสูงในระยะที่ 3 (ประเภท C) กำหนดให้ดำเนินการเป็นเวลา 3 สัปดาห์ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 13 - 31 ธันวาคม 2568 ภายใต้การสังเกตการณ์และตรวจสอบของ AOT

Joint Press StatementThe Special Thailand-Cambodia Regional Border Committee (RBC) Meetingfor Removal of Heavy and Destructive Weapons between the 4th Military Region of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the 2nd Army Area of the Kingdom of Thailand
The Special Thailand-Cambodia Regional Border Committee (RBC) Meeting for Removal of Heavy and Destructive Weapons between the 4th Military Region of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the 2nd Army Area of the Kingdom of Thailand was held on 31 October 2025 at O’Smach, Oddar Meanchey Province, Cambodia. It was co-chaired by Lieutenant General Pov Heng Commander of the 4th Military Region of The Kingdom of Cambodia and Lieutenant General Weerayuth Raksilp Commander of the 2nd Army Area of The Kingdom of Thailand. The meeting was observed by members of ASEAN Observer Teams (AOT) in Thailand and Cambodia.
The Meeting was convened pursuant to the outcomes of the 2nd Special General Border Committee (GBC) Meeting, held on 23 October 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It was further guided by the spirit and principles of the Joint Declaration signed on 26 October 2025 by the Prime Ministers of Cambodia, Thailand, and Malaysia, together with the President of the United States of America, reflecting the collective determination of the four nations to promote transparency, confidence-building and responsible management of military postures in the region
To implement the outcomes of the 2nd Special GBC Meeting and the Joint Declaration through a phased removal of heavy weapons and coordinated confidence-building measures to enhance mutual trust and stability along the Cambodia–Thailand border, both sides agreed as follows:
A. Both parties have reached consensus on three (3) categories of weapon classification and definitions as follows;
- Type A refers to Multiple Launch Rocket Systems (MLRS) with 2 or more launch tubes.
- Type B refers to all type of Artillery systems, comprising towed and self-propelled artillery systems including 105 mm, 122 mm, 130 mm, 152 mm, 155 mm howitzers.
- Type C refers to Armoured Platforms, specifically Main Battle Tanks (MBTs) designed to provide protected mobility, superior firepower, and direct support forces.
B. Both parties reaffirmed their commitments to uphold mutual respect, and full adherence to the outcomes of the 2nd Special GBC Meeting and the principles set forth in the Joint Declaration signed on 26 October 2025.
C. Both Parties agreed to conduct the phased withdrawal of the three categories of weapons (Type A, Type B, and Type C) under the observation and verification of the AOT, in accordance with the agreed Action Plans.
D. Both parties agreed to facilitate verification, documentation and observation by the AOT.
E. Both parties agreed to issue press releases to provide updates on the progress and verification of the weapon removal process, aimed at ensuring transparency, accountability, and public confidence in the implementation.
F. Both parties agreed that in the event either party conceals or misrepresents the quantity or type of weapons, such action shall be regarded as a lack of sincerity in restoring normalcy, stability, and mutual relations between the two countries.
G. The removal process of heavy and destructive weapons under Phase 1 shall be conducted over a three-week period, from 1 November to 21 November 2025, under the observation and verification of the AOT.
H. An RBC Secretariat Meeting on the detailed planning and implementation of Phase 2 shall be held on 15 November 2025 under the observation and verification of the AOT. The removal of heavy and destructive weapons under Phase 2 shall be conducted over a three-week period, from 22 November to 12 December 2025, under the observation and verification of AOT.
I. An RBC Secretariat Meeting on the detailed planning and implementation of Phase 3 shall be held on a date mutually agreed by both parties, under the observation and verification of the AOT. The removal process of heavy and destructive weapons under Phase 3 is planned to be conducted over a three-week period, from 13 December to 31 December, under the observation and verification of the AOT.
J. The RBC Secretariat meeting may be convened either virtually or in person, as mutually agreed by both parties, under the observation and verification of the AOT, to ensure efficient coordination, timely consultation, and effective implementation of the removal and verification process.

สถานการณ์โดยรวม มีการตรวจพบความเคลื่อนไหวของฝ่ายกัมพูชา โดยตรวจพบโดรนบินตรวจการณ์ อ.บ้านกรวด 13 ลำ, ช่องโอบก 6 ลำ, พื้นที่ปราสาทตาควาย 6 ลำ อีกทั้งตรวจพบรถบรรทุก 1 คัน กำลังมุ่งหน้าเข้าพื้นที่ชายแดน คาดว่าเป็นการสับเปลี่ยนกำลัง
ปัจจุบันกองกำลังทั้ง 2 ฝ่าย ยังคงวางกำลังตามแนวที่มั่นของตนเอง ฝ่ายไทยจัดกำลังพลประจำจุดเฝ้าตรวจตามเหตุการณ์ เพื่อติดตามความเคลื่อนไหวของฝ่ายตรงข้าม และเตรียมความพร้อม ในการปฏิบัติตอบโต้ตามสถานการณ์

Overall Situation
The overall situation involves detected movements by Cambodian forces, primarily involving aerial surveillance. Specifically, a total of 25 surveillance drones were observed operating over three key areas: thirteen in the Ban Kruat District area, six at Chong Obok, and six in the vicinity of Prasat Ta Khwai. Furthermore, one truck was detected moving towards the border area. This logistical activity is currently assessed to be related to force rotation or troop repositioning

สถานการณ์โดยรวม มีการตรวจพบความเคลื่อนไหวของฝ่ายกัมพูชา โดยตรวจพบโดรนบิน ตรวจการณ์ ภูมะเขือ 2 ลำ, ช่องอานม้า 4 ลำ, ปราสาทตาควาย 4 ลำ, และช่องโอบก 18 ลำ อีกทั้งตรวจพบ รถบรรทุก 1 คัน กำลังขนย้ายแผ่นโลหะคล้ายสังกะสี มุ่งหน้าเข้าพื้นที่แนวชายแดน คาดว่าเป็นการปรับปรุงฐานที่ตั้งหรือที่พักอาศัย

"The overall situation involves detected movements by Cambodian forces. Specifically, we have observed significant drone activity, with a total of 28 surveillance drones detected across several key sectors: two at Phu Makheua, four at Chong An Ma, four at Prasat Ta Khwai, and a substantial eighteen at Chong Obok. Furthermore, one truck was spotted transporting metal sheets resembling corrugated iron towards the border area. This logistical movement is currently assessed to be for the purpose of improving or upgrading their established base positions or accommodations. Presently, both Thai and Cambodian forces continue to maintain their deployment along their respective strongholds. Thai forces have positioned personnel at observation points to closely monitor the opposing side’s movements and maintain a high state of readiness to respond accordingly to any developing situation."

Movement of Cambodian forces has been detected, including unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) observed in several locations: one near Chong Arn Ma, three near the Preah Vihear Temple, one near Phu Makuea, one near Phlan Hin Paet Kon, and twenty-three near Ta Kwai Temple.
In addition, a convoy of ten vehicles—comprising nine civilian cars and one military vehicle—was observed heading toward the border area. It is assessed that these vehicles were used to transport military supplies and provisions, with civilian vehicles likely employed to conceal the movement’s military nature.
At present, both Thai and Cambodian forces remain stationed at their respective defensive positions. The Thai side continues to maintain personnel at observation posts to closely monitor the movements of the opposing forces and remain fully prepared to respond appropriately to any developments.
