ชี้แจงข้อกล่าวหาจากกระทรวงการต่างประเทศและความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศแห่งราชอาณาจักรกัมพูชา

ศูนย์แถลงข่าวร่วมสถานการณ์ชายแดนไทย–กัมพูชา ขอเรียนชี้แจงข้อเท็จจริง ต่อสาธารณชนและประชาคมระหว่างประเทศ กรณีข้อกล่าวหาที่ฝ่ายกัมพูชาได้เผยแพร่ ภายหลังการมีผลบังคับใช้ของข้อตกลงหยุดยิง อีกครั้งว่า ประเทศไทยปฏิเสธข้อกล่าวหา เรื่องการรุกล้ำใด ๆ และขอยืนยันอย่างหนักแน่นว่า
         1. ประเทศไทยเคารพอธิปไตย บูรณภาพแห่งดินแดน และหลักการไม่ใช้กำลัง ตามกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศ โดยปฏิบัติตามถ้อยแถลงร่วม (Joint Statement) ที่ทั้งสองฝ่ายเห็นชอบด้วยกันอย่างเคร่งครัด
         2. ประเทศไทยปฏิบัติตามกฎบัตรสหประชาชาติ กฎหมายมนุษยธรรมระหว่างประเทศ และอนุสัญญาที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเคร่งครัด
         3. ประเทศไทยยึดมั่นการแก้ไขปัญหาโดยสันติวิธีและการเจรจาทวิภาคี โดยเฉพาะผ่านคณะกรรมาธิการเขตแดนร่วม (Joint Boundary Commission: JBC)

Clarification of Allegations made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs 
and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia ----------------------------- 
The Joint Press Center on the Thailand-Cambodia Border 
Situation wishes to clarify the facts to the public and the international 
community regarding allegations made by the Cambodian side following 
the entry into force of the ceasefire agreement. 
Thailand rejects any allegation of encroachment and reaffirms 
that: 
1. Thailand respects the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and              
the principle of non-use of force in accordance with international law, 
acting in strict accordance with the Joint Statement agreed upon         
by both sides. 
2. Thailand strictly adheres to the United Nations Charter, 
international humanitarian law, and the relevant conventions. 
3. Thailand is committed to resolving issues peacefully           
and through bilateral negotiations, particularly through the Joint 
Boundary Commission (JBC). -----------------------------
